Visiting the Hospital
RESTRICTING VISITING IS CURRENTLY IN PLACE IN THE RVEEH.
IN THE BEST INTEREST OF PATIENTS, VISITATION IS PERMITTED IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES AND ONLY WITH ADVANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE NURSE MANAGER.
PLEASE BE ADVISED TO BRING YOUR COVID PASS WHEN VISITING A PATIENT IN THE RVEEH
No children should visit the hospital unless they have a scheduled appointment or attending the Emergency Department. The visiting restrictions also apply to patients attending the Emergency Department and the Outpatients Departments.
We are appealing to members of the public to co-operate with these necessary restrictions.
If you have visited an area that has confirmed Coronavirus and are experiencing symptoms please do not visit the RVEEH, contact your GP by telephone.
Patient Appointments
Please note that hospital appointments will proceed as normal unless you have been otherwise informed.
If you have a hospital appointment that you cannot attend, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
The contact number to ring will be on your appointment card or letter.
Covid – 19: If you have an appointment please only arrive 5 minutes prior to time of appointment as access to the hospital will not be permitted.
