Referral Forms
To aid in referral letter triage we have developed speciality specific referral letters. Using these will help to ensure that letters are processed in a timely manner. You do not have to use these. Integrating the speciality specific information requested in our referral letters into the HSE standardised referral letter is also acceptable.
